Brahman
The Absolute reality
Brahman is the infinite, all-pervading reality — the ground of all that is.
Brahman is described as sat-chit-ananda (being-consciousness-bliss), both transcendent (nirguna) and, as Ishvara, with qualities (saguna). The mahavakya 'Tat tvam asi' points to the identity of Atman and Brahman.
