Pilgrimage
चार धाम
Char Dham
The four abodes
The Char Dham are four sacred abodes marking the cardinal directions of Bharat.
Traditionally established as Badrinath (north), Rameshwaram (south), Dwarka (west) and Puri (east), the Char Dham yatra is among the most revered pilgrimages. A separate Chota Char Dham lies in the Himalaya: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath.
