केन उपनिषद्
Kena Upanishad
By whom? — the power behind the senses
An inquiry into the Brahman that is the power behind mind, speech and the senses.
The Kena Upanishad of the Samaveda asks 'by whom' (kena) the mind and senses are impelled, and answers that it is Brahman — 'that which the eye cannot see but by which the eye sees' — illustrated by the parable of the devatas and the yaksha.
