Samsara
The cycle of birth, death and rebirth
Samsara is the continuous flow of worldly existence driven by karma and desire.
Samsara ('flowing together') is the round of birth, death and rebirth in which the jiva wanders, propelled by karma and avidya (ignorance). Liberation (moksha) is release from this cycle.
