Kreem Beej Mantra — recitation
अर्थ
MeaningAs codified in the Varada Tantra (and expounded in Mantra Rahasyam), the syllable "Kreem" is formed by four subtle phonetic elements:
Ka: Embodies Mother Kali, the transformative power of time and eternity.
Ra: Represents Brahman, the supreme unchanging consciousness.
Ee: Signifies Mahamaya, the supreme cosmic sovereign potency.
Anusvara (Bindu): Denotes Dukhaharana, the complete eradication of sorrow and suffering.
"May the Supreme Mother Mahakali, who is non-different from the Absolute Brahman and adorned with the sovereign power of Mahamaya, eradicate all grief, fear, and ignorance from my being."
संदर्भ
ContextScripturally rooted in the Sharada Tilaka Tantram, Varada Tantra, and Mantra Mahodadhi, the Kreem seed is universally acknowledged as the primary key unlocking the entire Kali Kula lineage. Understanding the divine identity of each phoneme transforms mechanical recitation into a focused vehicle for spiritual purification and fearlessness.
प्रयोग
How it is traditionally usedChant 21 (foundational daily count), 54 (half mala), 108, or 1008 times daily using a genuine Rudraksha or Black Agate (Kala Hakik) mala. Seated upon a black woollen mat (kambala) or kusha grass mat, sit ideally facing north (the direction of spiritual accomplishment and liberation) or east during early morning twilight (Brahma Muhurta) or midnight (Nishitha Kala / Mahanisha). Amavasya (new moon), Krishna Chaturdashi, and Tuesdays or Saturdays are canonically propitious for this sadhana. Meditate on the eyebrow centre (Ajna chakra) or heart centre (Anahata chakra). Strict shiksha demands that the conjunct "K-R" blend smoothly into the elongated vowel "Ī", terminating in a resonant, nasalised bindu (anusvara) without abrupt truncations.
